Hey! My name is Nicole...


...and I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for all things food. Cooking, baking, trying a new restaurant? Sign me up. But I am also conscious of my health, and I enjoy exercising like running and pilates.  My goal as a registered dietitian is to help you create a lifestyle that you too, enjoy. 

I have successfully maintained a 40+ pound weight loss by changing my lifestyle and daily habits and I want to help you do the same! I was stubborn as a rock when I first attempted to lose weight. I tried every single diet out there and nothing worked. Paleo one day, vegan the next day, convincing myself I was lactose intolerant so I could give up dairy, etc. It wasn’t until I truly understood what and (quite honestly, and more importantly) the portions I was eating that things started to click for me. 

During my journey towards becoming a registered dietitian, I learned all about the concept of blood sugar balance and its positive impact for weight loss, management, and food cravings. 

On my website, you will find rich, flavorful meals (and some sweets of course) with nutrition in mind. I'm a firm believer that you don't need to give up any food to reach your goals and that you should enjoy the food you eat.
